When measuring sticky ingredients such as honey or corn syrup, spray the measuring cup or spoon with cooking spray before adding the sticky ingredient. The cooking spray ensures the sticky ingredient will slide right out when you go to pour it into a bowl. This trick helps make measuring more accurate and makes clean up easier.
